How long does it take for the positive effects of your gummies to become noticeable?
The answer to this question depends on various factors, as every person is unique. In addition to the recommended intake, individual lifestyle habits, including diet, exercise, and sleep patterns, as well as genetic differences, influence the effect. Every body is different. Typically, the first signs of improvement can be felt after about 6-8 weeks. To achieve the best possible long-term results, we recommend consistent and long-term use of our products.
What makes your gummies so special?
Our Shapes are made from fruit juice concentrates, fruit purees, and pectin. A careful concentration process

What fruits are the gummy bears made from?
Our gummies are made from a delicious blend of natural fruits, with apples taking center stage. In addition to apples, we also use bananas, mangoes, passion fruit, blueberries, black currants, lemons, and many other fruits to create a diverse range of flavors. All fruits are processed as concentrates and purees, which gives our gummies not only their characteristic fruity taste but also their appealing color and consistency.
Where are your gummies made?
Our gummies are manufactured exclusively in Germany and analyzed in the laboratory.
Are the gummies suitable for long-term use?
Our products are designed for continuous use. However, if you intend to correct a deficiency, we recommend having your individual needs professionally assessed.
Are your gummies vegan?
Except for the Performance Women and Beauty & Shape products, all other products are vegan.
Do your gummies contain gluten or lactose?
Our products are free from gluten and lactose. They are also GMO-free and use only natural flavors. Furthermore, no animal testing is conducted in the development of our products.
Are your gummies suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers?

Once such a recommendation has been received, our products can be safely taken by children.
For our KIDS gummy bears, we've included special ingredients and dosage instructions specifically for children. Please note, however, that children under 4 years of age should generally not take any dietary supplements unless specifically prescribed.
Orders
My order did not arrive in full.
If we accidentally omitted a can from your order, we will resend it immediately. In such cases, please contact our customer service team by email at kontakt@feelgoodbears.de and provide us with your order number, along with the exact name and quantity of the missing products. We will take care of the matter as quickly as possible.
Where is my order?
Your shipping confirmation contains a link that you can use to track your package. We will actively keep you informed about the progress of your package and send you updates via email. As soon as your package is ready for delivery and has reached the shipping truck, we will also inform you of the estimated delivery date. DHL typically requires 1-2 business days for delivery within Germany.
Please note that slight delays may occasionally occur during the weekend. If your shipment status isn't updated immediately after the shipping confirmation, please be patient, as it can sometimes take a little longer for DHL to update.

My package arrived damaged upon delivery.
We're very sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged. We know how frustrating that can be. Even though DHL generally handles packages with the utmost care, unforeseen incidents can happen.
If any cans were damaged or lost during your delivery, we are ready to replace them immediately. Please send us pictures of the damaged box, the shipping label on the package, and the affected cans to kontakt@feelgoodbears.de . Your request will be processed with the highest priority.
IMPORTANT:
We strongly recommend that you do not dispose of the package or product for the time being. DHL may still require the package for internal investigation. We thank you for your cooperation and are happy to assist you with any further questions.
Returns
General information on returns
Please note that only unopened products will be considered for a refund. Please avoid any damage or contamination to the goods. Ideally, please return the products to us in their original packaging or other suitable packaging that offers sufficient protection against possible transport damage. This helps us prevent any claims for damage due to inadequate packaging.
